Our fair use clause aims to promote more balanced return practices while still providing you with the best service.
We know most of our loyal customers shop responsibly and only return items when necessary. We understand that sometimes what arrives isn’t quite what you expected, and you need to return it—that’s completely fine. That’s why we continue to offer a 100-day return policy online.
This clause will not affect the majority of our customers. It is simply in place to start a conversation with the small number of customers who frequently place orders and return almost everything. We can’t ignore the environmental impact of this, and we want to do our part in reducing it. The clause may be activated if we notice an unusual return pattern that doesn’t seem right. For example, if we suspect someone is wearing items and returning them or placing excessive orders only to return most of them, we may need to deactivate their account and any associated accounts.

Return
Return Window:
You have 100 days from the date you receive your order to return the items.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item and return the one you don’t want.
Return Responsibility:
You are responsible for the returned items until we receive them.
Inspection:
All returned items will be inspected when we receive them.
Return Label:
You can create a return label by registering your return via our return portal.
Return Registration:
If your parcel contains a return label, you are not required to register your return online, but we recommend it as it helps our warehouse and customer service in case you need help later.
If you register an item that you decide to keep, you are not obliged to notify us before returning the parcel. Our warehouse will check your parcel for the items and scan the items they receive back. If items are registered online but not in the parcel, the items will not be registered as returned.
Return Packaging:
You can return the items in any box or bag.
In-Store Returns:
Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in physical stores.
Items purchased in a store cannot be exchanged or returned online.
Non-fashion:
If you want to return a non-fashion item, please find the specific return policy in the product description.
Returns From Other Retailers:
If you wish to return one of our products purchased through another online retailer, please follow the return instructions of that retailer.
Refund
You will be refunded the amount you paid for the items, including sale items.
Once we process your return, refunds may take up to 30 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
