Unfortunately, we currently do not offer direct item exchanges. However, you have the option to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
You can return most items within 30 days from the delivery date of your online order.
Items with prices ending in .97 are Final Sale. These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Example:
If you buy a jacket for $19.97, it is a Final Sale item and cannot be returned, even if it is within 30 days.
If a Final Sale item is sent back, it will not be processed or returned to you.
