Reward vouchers must be used within a specific timeframe.
The expiry date can be found under each voucher on your account.
Online:
This code needs to be applied to the cart before checkout.
- Login to your account.
- When viewing your account, Go to the 'Home' tab.
- Now you will be able to see all your rewards. Click on the reward you want to use.
- Click on 'ADD TO ORDER' to add the reward to your order.
In-store:
- Login to your account.
- When viewing your account, Go to the 'Home' tab.
- Now you will be able to see all your rewards. Click on the reward you want to use.
- Click on 'REDEEM IN STORE' to reveal a QR code. The cashier needs to scan this QR code for the reward voucher to be applied to your order.
It is important for store staff to scan your membership QR code before scanning your customer club reward voucher; otherwise, the discount will not apply.
